I just saw your blog post describing all of the changes that you have made and the fixes, but what caught my eye is the support page. I have to say that I absolutely love the support page.
Reason Getsatisfaction integration
You have integrated Getsatisfaction content into a central location, which will allow users to search without logging in to Getsatisfaction.
Benefits
- Easier searching for problems and ideas
- There is a bug with CNAME'd communities and you have provided a robust workaround.
- Built-in search suggestions will minimize the time to find a particular post
- Categorized columns have eliminated the need to navigate through numerous pages
- Much much more, there are too many things to name, but they are awesomeThanks so much. As always, I will provide you with feedback on your new release. Thanks again for allowing me to use this product and learn how to make work fun.
